Cece worked out of Red Deer, Alberta, but is seen here at Redland. He was performing his duties as destroyer of country elevators that, when unused, became risks to the public. His simple technique was to use his bulldozer to cut a notch on one side of the elevator and then to push it over from the other side. Once the stucture was toppled it was crushed and hauled away to a safe burning pit.
