While preparing to set up my view camera to take this photograph I was surprised to see a man approach his car that was parked at the no parking sign seen above. A parking tichet was inserted under the windshield wiper. The man grabbed the ticket angrily, tore it up and threw it onto the ground before driving away. I am glad he left... his car was in my way.
