Maj Paul-Émile Labelle, MC, ED, CD, Special Operations Executive

Maj Labelle is the person on the right wearing the maroon beret and the beaver badge of the Royal 22nd Regiment.

Major Labelle had served with the Royal 22e Régiment in Italy, then undertook training as a special agent and was parachuted into France to work with the Maquis in the Vaucluse area of Provence.
