"Stocky" Edwards from Battleford, SK, flew Hurricanes and Kittyhawks in the North African campaign. He later flew Spitfires in the Italian campaign. His career is recorded in the book Kittyhawk Pilot, 1983. Here he is seen in his garden in Comox, BC where he retired from the peacetime RCAF.
